Carbowool Board®
The latest in Fibers, Carbowool® is revolutionary in the insulated material sector.
This new product is manufactured using a drawing method. Its composition, based on lime, magnesia, and silica, results in an excellent physical and thermal stability up to 1100°C.
Carbowool® products have many applications in the thermal insulation sector and in particular in electric appliances and fire protection.
General characteristics
Carbowool® board has exceptional characteristics:
- High temperature stability (up to 1100°C)
- Weak thermal conductivity
- Good resistance to compression and bending
- Easy to saw, drill and cut
- Excellent thickness uniformity
- Few deformations
